At Lo'Ree Candle Co, we take great care in crafting and shipping our candles to ensure they arrive safely. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order has been damaged during shipping. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with a photo of the damaged items, and we will gladly provide a replacement only. Please email us at loreecandles@gmail.com
